Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

All tickets for ITCrowdFest can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for any cancellations
• This includes circumstances such as:
  • Unable to attend due to personal reasons
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Travel issues
  • Visa rejection

Important Notes

• The 3-day cancellation period starts from the date and time of ticket purchase
• Cancellations are final and cannot be reversed
• Partially used tickets cannot be cancelled
• Cancelled tickets cannot be reinstated

Conference Changes

In case of conference date changes or venue changes, tickets will remain valid for the new dates/venue. No cancellations will be accepted due to such changes.

Virtual Event Policy

For virtual components of the event, the same cancellation and no-refund policy applies. Technical issues or connectivity problems do not qualify for cancellation after the 3-day period.
